Important — Health & Hygiene Protection
For sealed skincare products that cannot be returned once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply if the hygiene seal is broken. This limitation does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For standard returns under withdrawal rights, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable EU regulations and our Return Policy.
